WE BELIEVE

1) The Bible is the inspired Word of God

2) In the unity of the one True and Living God, who is eternal, self-existent, “I AM”, who has revealed Himself as one being in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

3) In the virginal birth, sinless life, miraculous ministry, substitutionary atoning death, bodily resurrection, triumphal ascension, and abiding intercession of the Lord Jesus Christ and in His Second Advent as the blessed hope set before all believers

4) In the fall of man, who was created pure and upright, but fell by voluntary transgressions

5) In Salvation through repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, who died for our sins according to the Scriptures, was buried and was raised from among the dead on the third day according to the Scriptures, and through His blood we have redemption. This experience is also known as the new birth and is instantaneous and complete operation of the Holy Spirit upon initial faith in the Lord Jesus Christ

6) In the Baptism by total immersion in water is enjoyed upon all who have really repented and have truly believed with all the hearts in Christ as Savior and Lord

7) In the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, the initial evidence upon all who have really repented and have truly believed with all who hears in Christ as Savior and Lord

8) In the gifts of the Holy Spirit and the Offices have been set by God in the Church, as recorded in the New Testament

9) In the Holiness of Life and conduct in obedience to the command of God, “Be holy for I am Holy”

10) In the deliverance from sickness by Divine Healing is provided for in the atonement

11) In the breaking of bread is enjoyed upon all believers until the Lord returns

12) In the everlasting conscious bliss of all who truly believe in our Lord Jesus Christ and that everlasting conscious punishment is in the portion of all whose names

The practices followed at Elim Worship Tabernacle are:

1) Dedication of Children

2) Praying for the Baptism with the Holy Spirit

3) Prayer for the sick

4) Christian marriage

5) Christian burial of the Dead

6) To ordain and license ministers and missionaries of the Gospel for the furtherance of the work
